The sacred diet

Part 1: The Physical Diet

Eat a bowl or small saucepan full of unflavored cooked barley or unflavored cooked oat groats if you are rich as often as you can stand it in place of salad, which is a modern evil. This will give you a slow dose of energy for long periods. Eating this over and over will lower your blood sugar to more sustainable levels. Your blood sugar is dictating how you sleep and thus, how hungry you will be.

Barley is special to us because of the price of it as reported in scripture. It will always be available to you if you work hard. While you are overweight, that extra weight burns calories you must consume to satisfy. This is going to make you miserable when your must tighten your wallet. Barley will help keep you satisfied while more costly foods gradually become out of reach of your finances. The simple fact is the more barley you eat the less you will eat of everything else. An additional benefit is you will enjoy everything else, in less amounts, greater than before.

Sleep deprivation will make your hunger go off the charts. Having that slow burn will make you sleep a little better. You need a lot of energy in sleep. Give your brain what it wants, but be mindful of the difference between what it wants and what the body ought to have. Always eat your sugary foods before bed, if you have to eat them. Never eat sugar for breakfast. Dessert always comes after dinner, no exceptions! That includes nectar and soda. There is a reason for this I hope I made it a little more clear. Ever get sleepy after consuming a mighty cake for dessert? Now you know why.

Breakfast is hard to digest (barley or oats). Dinner has your meat, eggs, and or cheese. Dessert has what your brain wants for sleep. In between eat fruit and veggie crisps or even better fresh fruits. Pickles will give you magnesium. Cabbage, fruits, and or veggies, have those little things we need that scientists tried to classify as chemicals but they are a little more complex than they said. So pills do almost nothing sensible to the body. Beware of dairy products near radiation contamination zones as they may have strontium-90 which is chemically similar to calcium. But in other cases, drink it, it’s good for you.

Sugar is brain food, that is why children crave it as their minds are frightfully powerful and their brains require vast quantities of glucose. But over time if it become an obsession, the body cannot handle it anymore. Genius can be fat, but fat genius that is also spiritual in truth is rare.

Our forefathers knew all these things as simple common knowledge. It was never questioned because it was rarely even considered. It was just the way things were. We call that tradition.

Try not to think of a diet as denial. Think of it as acceptance. You accept the best way to eat foods (what, when, and how), and you can have foods you want and not get in much trouble with sleep and weight gain. This is an easier discipline than demanding only certain kinds of calories, or eating at strict times.

All diets of strict denial, including those of total meal unification or unbalanced macro tricks will fail. Some just work out longer than others. Some people are naturally gifted with a baseline of will power no matter their faith. Most of us are weak in the flesh. Even I am, here smoking a cigarette and enjoying a cup of coffee with it!

A diet of acceptance will last as long as you agree with it. Listen to what your body needs. It comes in little bits of primordial euphoria when your body is getting the right piece of the puzzle. Eat animal protein, you need it. Get it from cheese if you have to. You must have the elements of vitamin b12. Devout vegans will go cannibal when they cannot get it from sorcery. Without vitamin b12, you will go mad with hunger. Secure it in your diet with dehydrated beef liver if you must. So beware of the devoted vegan in a siege. It is better to feast with a vegan in your own sovereign castle than to become his feast in his.

Part 2: The Spiritual Diet

Eat the bread of life (the holy word of YHWH) to live forever in God’s love. Eat bread and savor it for it is the product of great sacrifice and toil. This is the smallest seed of faith. Plant it deep inside of yourself and it will grow like a tree making lovely shade to you in the blistering heat of conflict.

The secret to beauty is symmetry, youth, and health. Do not make these your lusts in others but only find youthful passion in those ready and willing to accept it from your own example of these in similar maturity to your own. With this, if you take a mate, she will be like yourself in maturity and have her needs met. You will become unity with a stable partner, not simply some unstable want of the eyes.

What if you go blind? At least should you have a partner, she will still see the goodness in you and you in her in truth. While we are tested here in this life, we will always have grace until the evil one separates us in death. After that, what we do in life surely echos forever. May your echo pass to life eternal with Christ.

The secret to happiness is love of yourself with where you are and what you are doing. You cannot love yourself if you do not love others with or without reciprocation and happiness will be denied to you. The secret to joy is happiness and love with what you don’t have and what you do, in the same respect to God, putting him above yourself. God has joy when he sees you in love with him, doing his works. He grieves in his heart when you have no joy in him. That is because YHWH is our father, he loves us as a father does. When we work like he does, we are his sons. When we work against him, his face is against us while we don’t sit at his table.

Now for the truth of your disobedience to him,
I address this to all who were like myself 4 months ago, non born again Christians:

Eliminate the idol of fertility in your life. In men this is pornography. A prophet at church told me of this basic truth of pornography as idolatry, 12 years ago. I would not accept it until my time of disobedience was complete, 12 year later. Letting it into your heart leaves no space for the Creator. If you feel no guilt from it, you will simply scoff at this truth as you walk in darkness. Acknowledge the truth of what you do when you think alone. You are not. And then you can easily give it up if you are of the men of God. A man cannot deny what he wants forever if it is easily accessible to him at any time. So the only answer to addiction is not wanting it in the first place.

Now whenever I see a beautiful woman or image of one, I will not let my brain send it to my heart. Christ was not exaggerating. It IS better to cut off your own hand to avoid hell. A man cannot do this, Christ knows this. He says so simply because it is the truth. When I see a beautiful woman I must only see a child of God, and not an object of lust. I’m sorry for looking at women in a way that dehumanized them. I love beautiful women very much in truth now. I just don’t require a mate.

You will have orgasms, that is a promise. God even provisioned it for you, without you even having to touch yourself. This is a truth of the Torah. The slang for it is a wet dream.

The madness we have had since we knew we had it (puberty) will eventually leave you in peace and you will finally become an adult. Notice how few of these are still around? Adults I mean..

You will become ready for anything. Releasing your life from Aphrodite and her idols will give you great power in God. When you are free of all false idolatry anything you want that the Father wants will be granted to you if you worship him in truth and put his desire in your prayers. We are to be like little children to God. Only a child can receive him. That is why so many fail to be Christians on an intellectual level. They have not seen the great intellect of God. A child knows no such thing. He only knows emotion. Later in wisdom they grow. Should their wisdom be nurtured in Christ by their parents, and only their parents, they may fail spiritually in traps of debate, pride, and a high regard for their kind’s small intellect. Brethren with sons, be like your father in heaven as a father and your progeny will be a joy to you just like you are a joy to the Creator.

Without giving up lust you will never feel the joy you had when you were innocent, full of love for others and with others. If you never had that joy, you will have it, perhaps for the first time if you follow Christ in every way he can be followed for you. Your family in heaven is great and you will reign as kings with them. Brothers, receive your full inheritance! You will be priests of good news and love for all time.

Everyday your power will grow in God if you follow in the example of Jesus Christ.

Why must we follow him? The reason is because he was of the ultimate good; Faith, honor, health, love, truth: indeed numbered in hands of God. And the world and it's rulers condemned him to death for it. Death is a terrible penalty we must all pay for sin. But Christ committed no sin. The priests condemned him. The earthly power condemned him. His penalty IS FALSE. But holiness cannot exist in death! Therefore he escaped it's hold within 3 days, the number of stability (in death, is stability). He became power for all of you in his name as he holds the keys to the door of death.

He has left opened the door of eternal death for all of the world, opened since we wanted to know good from evil. The only ones he shuts it for are his own, his father's own, and those who help his own. Only Christ has the key. You must obey him.

Read scripture and pray for wisdom. I wondered 40 years before receiving it totally in truth. When you do, everything will all of a sudden make sense. You will easily be able to do things you never thought you could do. No feat of intellectual challenge will be a mystery. The forces of nature are balanced and your understanding of it will exceed the incomplete and primitive explanations for them. For you it will happen much sooner for you if you heed the word of God, his universal law, and the example brought to us in his Son, Jesus Christ the Messiah and King of kings.

I come to you as a brother. I know you are afraid for the future. Do not be. Have no fear of death but fear God. God is going to set things right for all time. In the mean time we must suffer the reality of being foreigners in a strange sinful land. This world is not our full of our people. Our kingdom is eternal. Do not love the things of this world lest you suffer it’s terrible fate for all time. People before things, always. God before people, always.
