For me it was in the 50's when russians took my grandmothers sister at 3 am on 12/21/1943 and took her to slave in a gulag for 7 years and when she was released she was so broken she couldn't talk for 2 years.

no outrage whatsoever because I don't watch T.V. Had a dad who was VERY anti-Russia, I never really understood why, but too young to even know to ask. Since then it's just been typical media and politician hysteria. I just tune them out.

Oh and to this day, I've never heard anyone give a single, valid reason for not liking Russia.
