What to do if you want to attack usa and not get immediate retaliation?

-earthquake wapon - produce huge earthquake
-weather wepons -allready used but not full force
- inducing a tsunami with a bomb
-vaking up a volcano

If you want to go nuclear
-anonymus dirty bombs go off all over the states
-drone deliverd tactical nuke
-EMP inducing device via arial nuke, satelite,...
-causing some more partner wars -china taiwan to disperse the forces

Combination of that, with cutting the internet cables is more then enough and without possibility of direct blame
NATO will think and think and talk and talk
What NATO can not do is (if not directly proven) to lunch 1000s of nuclear or even 1 war heat to russia


So why lunch everything you got, the most obvius way that you know will cause end of you and earth basicly? Only if you are truly mad...

Funny thing is, Putin is trying to make himself look mad, so they are scared what he might do. No one can predict that :)
