What got me thinking about this was, last night at 8pm the State Department tweeted this out: "FACT: The United States does not have chemical and biological weapons labs in Ukraine." attached with a picture talking about how the US is in compliance with its obligations and does not develop these types of weapons: [ link to twitter.com (secure)]
