There were even rumors back then that one widely known martial artist movie star of the era paid Macchio to keep quiet about his win over him. Hint: he was from Brussels.

They say Seagal was approached about an exhibition against Macchio in 1991 for a local tournament but Seagal wanted know parts of it.
