That was a terrible UN presentation by Russia, they didn't present any evidence for their claims and the rest of the world smoked Russia's representative (I'm not on Russia's side, but I'm for exposing the deep state's foreign corrupt operations). Russia is terrible at PR. The rest of the world, the USA, have figured out if you want the upper hand in the world you need to sell your actions, your invasions to the world to keep the moral high ground (Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, etc).
