I can guess the kind of people that will be targeted with this shit will be people like Professor Jordan Peterson who objected to compelled speech laws that force people to use the preferred pronouns of transgenders. The Transgender activists hate his guts and would love to throw him in jail for the opinions he holds. That is who this law would go after. It would be anyone that expressed in the past any opposition to this Woke Social Justice crap. It won't matter if someone like Peterson is careful in the future not to express any sort of speech that could be classified as "Hate Speech". He will be punished for being a known wrong thinker aka political dissident by the now Canadian Communist State.
