THAT is NOT the fault of the mechanics, garage who supplied the car. It's the fault of the steel mill who supplied the steel for the car, of the coal miners who supplied the coal to forge the steel, and the organisms who died in the carboniferous age who created the coal.

If people got squished because of mechanical failure, that would be the fault of the people who supplied the car and certificated it's worthiness. Not the actor.

If there are unexplained live rounds in a gun which in the context of film production IS expected to be pointed at people and fired, then the person who controls the armouring of blanks and live rounds is ultimatly resonsible.

Baldwin does not have that resposibilty, it is another person who is paid supposedly to police the afe arming of weapons who did not.
