Garbage day I have 4 large recycling Bins 2 -3 bags of rubbish and a green bio waste bin. My neighbour is Chinese. Family of 2 (Mother and daughter). She only puts a small recycling bin out each week (The same size as the one under my sink I empty twice a day) and it only ever contains an empty rice bag, flour bag and sometimes an egg carton or milk carton.
