I like the Progresso gumbo. We add garlic, peppers, andouille sausage, make rice, mmmm. Yeah it's not cheap anymore. The idea being if you put back cans of it, you could survive on it. They don't need to be diluted so it's one less thing to think about.

I think black beans in a can are awesome too, and very satisfying. Better with sausage etc. but fine with just a bit of hot sauce.
