Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81799913 Because if they did, then all I have to say is: KARMA. I hope any and all corporations who endorsed or encouraged that crap in ANY capacity goes bankrupt and disappears permanently. Ie.- I'm looking at you coke, McDonald's, Starbucks, P&G brands, and MANY more. You have a great point there. |

When food and fuel, takes up the majority of the average persons income, big ticket items like appliances move to the back burner. Quoting: themessengernevermatters ^^^^^ yep, the lack of disposable incomes will smack every industry! BS. People have stopped buying appliances? Incorrect No, but they stopped buying the top end expensive ones. Which they still made at the GE plant in Lousiville. |

These are the ones who wish bad things to happen to the hard working people who just want to own a nice home, a good vehicle and raise their families. Eat shit loser. Who gives a fuck about your mundane preferences? Who gives a rat's ass about your no-future-offspring? You wanted everything, yet you'll be left with nothing but craters of times past and miserable worries until your early grave. You knew that it was coming, yet you chose to ignore all the signs on the wall. You wanted that good sheeple serfdom life and all of the goodie-goodies it promised you, not because you needed them but because they fit your egomania. How cute, a Chinese shill sent here to cause hate and division. :wing wing wing: I hate to say this, but you're just as guilty of hate and division with that racist comment and meme. You could have handled this better. |

Doubt it is solely because of supply chain or collapse. They have been poorly run for years. I personally know of huge product lines of theirs that have been bought for a fraction of their revenue. Not shocking. |

Incorrect Uh,yeah many have. The stimmi money is long spent.Yeah there are jobs but they are low paying.I have seen very few Amazon,UPS,Fed EX trucks in my neighborhood since the holidays. Many of the tradesmen in my neighborhood who were working thru the pandemic are sitting home last couple months. The commuter train parking lots are still half empty. So that means 1000s have not returned to the office, sure many are working from home, downtown Chicago depends on those 10s of thousands of office workers to keep the restaurants stores bars etc in business and paying taxes.Half empty office buildings and hotels are all heavily taxed. The federal money is being squandered on useless bullshit.
