no matter how high you have the volume up you can baarely even hear what they are saying.

same with video quality, if it's something they dont' want you to see, the video quality is degraded,and the video hangs, stops, never ending glitches if it's something they want you to see its' 4k sparking perfect and loaded instantly, no loading delays.
