Ukraine needs a "shock and awe" event to bring financial and military support from around the Globe.
It's no secret that Ukraine has been bombing their own people since 2014. Why stop now? After every event? You just point the finger at the Russians.
Also, I find it very suspicious that here's a photograph of the spent casing which is " evidence " that the Russians did it. I'm not a munitions expert, but what are the odds that the casing is intact? Shouldn't the casing disintegrate, explode upon impact?
I'm keeping an open mind..
