the ONLY way to stop is unfortunately....cold turkey. I smoked for 30 years and one day just stopped. The reason, well, I thought i had some soert of heart attack comming... Co I decides to stop...for a day...then, another, then another....You see, never say I am quitting now for good as it automatically put you under pressure...and trust me, NOTHING good comes in life under pressure! So start with 'one day at the time' , and before you know it, it will be 6 months, and a year, and so on. But it is not easy! You must find something to do with your hands. I chewed green parsley leaves, one at the time, for hours. Do what works for you. Good luck!

Taper down until you are at the lowest concetration, just hit it as often as you want.
Then swap the nic salt flavor out for something fucking disgusting,

For me, it was an off brand tobacco flavor. Tasted absolutely foul, horrible.
I hit it like normal for a few days, but naturally associated the gross flavor with the nicotine, and after about 3 days I noticed I just wasn't hitting it anymore.

Never went back. I've hit vapes and had ciggerettes since then, but it's usually horrible and never more than just one. like twice a year or something, less even. I consider that recovered.

I smoked for 20 years and one day decided to go the cold turkey route. It was absolutely horrific, but i managed to suck it up and do it. You can too!

My friend who got vaccinated always has this horrible sour rotten body odor now. I've known him for 15 years and he never smelled bad like that. Sometimes I give in and ask him if hes been washing his clothes, showering and using deodorant, and he says that he is. It's really rancid.

Go to a cardiologist and get checked out and tell the cardiologist you want to stop smoking. They will give you a prescription for the patch. The prescription patches work. Know so many folks who bought the patches over the counter and could not quit and when they were prescribed patches from a cardiologist they all quite within a month or two and most have never gone back to smoking and for two it's been over a year.

I've been noticing a bad smell for a while, there's one vaxtard in the house. Then again, I might need a new carpet.

Procrastinating, not telling myself no, just later. Eventually the time between smokes got longer, until I ran out of smokes and said I would get some more...later. My brother quit by buying the nastiest cheap foul tasting thing he could find and only allowed himself to smoke that, he ended up quitting much faster than I did.

All this talk about smoking... I'm going to go light up. For what it's worth, I caught the Rona at a conference in June and was only really sick one night. I'll keep my cigs. Keeps me out of jail.
