Russian elites won't use Russian shitty planes, they had nationalized western planes and got nice Embraer private planes.
Russian elite had not been warned by Putin about military agression, they had not escaped their capitals from the west.
If nuclear war will occur only Putin will be in bunker with few servants, no elites will be warned.
