Not good Guys and girls. Russian elite fleeing Moscow and heading in to the Mountains. [ link to twitter.com (secure)] This is exactly the type of behaviour you would expect before a preemptive nuclear strike on the west. Got a really bad feeling about this. Don't be ridiculous. There will be no nuclear war. The Elites will have lose all their riches and luxuries if that happened. They are addicted to making money, it's a disease so there is no way in a million years they would give that up. This AC has one hell of a good point. Unless its very limited, there can be no winners. They, the richies, cant live the life style they are use to at our expenses. The fallout over using tactical will cover a large area and will stay for a long time. The outcome will be long lasting. We may use conventional, but most surely not nukes.
