There have been calls by some Russian politicians to send the west a Message with limited Nuclear strikes on Missile Weapons arrays.

Told a friend of mine as an uncle that what I would do if I were Putin is drop a small nuke to limit fallout (not a missile) 400 miles of the east coast, then 300 miles and then 200 miles and see if the demented idiot or any of his communist staff get the message.
