Its more likley they are fleeing the cities because the country is about to erupt in bloody revolution. Putin is quickly losing control of te situation at home. Despite what the trolls here are saying.
Its only a matter of time.

After all Russia did to Ukraine they have nothing but deadly enemies for decades. Even if Russia will set 'fake' government on Ukraine ...people will hate them and they can make terrorist attacks. Please refrain from posting on this subject until you have educated yourself. It is up to you. No one but YOU can educate you.
