Updates from the astral plane - my wings are no longer "clipped" and I managed a successful OOBE this afternoon. Lots of negative entity activity happening on the lower 4D/higher 3D. It appears there is an organized push to call out people's "soul contracts" using guilt and shame as they relate to perceived violations or unfulfilled promises in life. I saw teams of humanoid "lawyers" cornering people in their dream states and flipping through their life review dossiers, trying to find issues that fostered painful regrets and notions of having betrayed their loved ones. I don't think they'd be doing to people who have not yet died unless the negative groups are in panic mode. My intuition is that they're losing control of the astral/etheric confinement systems and are now forced to play to our more banal human emotions and sense of ethics. If any of us have lingering a lingering sense of unresolved guilt over relationships in our physical lives, now would be a good time to work through them. If you meet any of these lawyer entities in your dreams or traveling out-of-body, do your best to push them away and ignore them. If you must converse, inform them that your soul is no longer under their jurisdiction - it is under the sole authority of The One Invisible God. Any contracts made have been deliberately misleading, under duress, and without full disclosure of terms.

I keep a journal of all the experiences I have while exploring the non-physical planes. While I was going through my notes yesterday, I found something that I'd written last year, a collection of seemingly nonsensical words which were delivered to me by a disembodied voice during one of my sessions. I hadn't been able to make sense of them until last night, when one word in particular jumped out at me, "Exodahra". Hmm, doesn't that sound like the name of a certain GLP user we know?

The entire phrase was "sabaoth Exodahra refir rifaiyah". What is Sabaoth? The archontic being that Marduk is a fragment of. Marduk is the entity that Exodus is currently repairing in his current incarnation here. As for the last word of the phrase, it took me a while to find a phonetic match online, but ultimately I discovered this: [link to islamicus.org] It's an important sect of Sufi Islamic mysticism. Exodus seems to remember being a Sufi muslim in a previous lifetime. The puzzle here is still in the remaining word "refir", which as far as I can tell, only translates into the plural old Norse word for "fox" and nothing else. The fox in Norse mythology was a trickster, as is common for all mythologies, and is associated with the sons of Odin, war gods, and Idgun, the female giant who watches over the fruit of life. I found it very interesting that so many words in the message corresponded to Exodus and the things he has shared, almost like I was being pointed in his direction. If anyone has any insight into alternate interpretations of the word "refir" or the Norse, fox, feel free to share!

Very astute Alkahest. Over the last 3-5 days I've felt a strong guilt component in my psychic undertwo, just below my subconscious. It's primarily centered on the left side of my body.

We note with cautious happiness that guilt and shame tend to be some of the last-line bastions of the sociopaths.. AFTER fear and anger have been successfully ignored. Ignoring is key. Be aware of everything, help anyone who asks... but treat anyone you dislike as a sprite. Not being snobby here, it's about conserving energy.

It's not so much about the recently dead, as you noted. It's about keeping the fleshed in the meatsuits, and stop us from holidaying out of here.

"You agreed to do this mission." etc etc.

As Exodus Ra has repeatedly emphasized... breaking the game is the ~highest~ and most humane outcome for everyone. Far better than the happy-clappy NWO they want us to build/manifest.

Had a dream in 2016 posted in another thread. A man and woman got bit by a snake. Rummaged through shelves of pill bottles. One had a label with a snake skin inside. Recently translated the word which was Hopi for "winged serpent." In the dream was told it's okay the serpent was the cure. Crowned feathered serpent ascended on a pole.

Looks like Enlil, who has been torturing the children of the woman cloaked in the sun aka Earth, is going to get the heel. Allowing her children to heal.

Everything that was inverted is now being turned right side up. The hanged man is no longer inverted hanging from a heel. Blood no longer rushing to his head in confusion. He's now standing with two feet on the ground alongside the woman whose tongue has been placed back in her mouth.

Your insight is greatly appreciated, thank you! If only it weren't so taboo for "normal" folks to discuss their shadow selves - so much of what is in that entity has resulted from our deliberate ignorance of it and ourselves. It's always like, "NO!, you're not allowed to think or feel or talk like that!" Heh, we're literally running scared from our own shadow as a species. No wonder these issues come out of the woodwork to undermine us so often. I'm curious as to what the collective shadow of the Luciferian elite appears as. They certainly know the value of shadow work and incorporate it into their initiations, but surely they must have some astral reflection that contains things like empathy, love and tolerance - all concepts they've seemingly purged from themselves. What's more likely is that they have completely integrated their shadow and simply use the heightened degree of control over it to keep it silent while they do their "great work".

Most people claim that both the "goo" and the black cube have some connection to AI. Perhaps it is an AI built using the shadow components of both our souls and those of the fallen, acting as a CPU to control it like a puppet? AI might provide the structure and direction to transform the shadow from a mere annoyance into a serious threat.

Had same dream couple nights before if you look back a couple pages. It's others RVing snooping where they should not be. My guide was laughing at the woman trying to embarrass me. Showed me what to do.

It was the RV'ers blocking. All it takes is for one to recognize to stop whatever they are trying to do. It alerts the others.


Since two days ago my energy has come back big time. Was in bed now I'm up dancing.

Hoookay, I started a thread about waking up early. Sooo many people chiming right in to say they woke up early, too!

Last night, I did happen to revisit a dream I had when i was a child, one that has taken on some very interesting dimensions. My dad used to run business trips up to Oregon, and this got me interested in Crater Lake. In the dream, I was standing ON the surface of the water in the dead of night, with a mist rolling over the eerily calm lake. Then, a massive being rose from beneath the surface of the water, looking like the head of a monstrous fetus, covered in jet-black obsidian scales with eyes that glowed like embers. The creature and I fought until I was thoroughly beaten and on the brink of death. At that point something else entered by body, a spirit of fire and mindless wrath. It burned through not just my body, but my soul, and as it did so it left me as a replica, an echo of myself. It "copied" me as it possessed me so that the "me" that was left behind had my feelings, my thoughts, and my memories, but it wasn't really me any longer. As the new "I" became conscious, I mourned for the death of the boy that I was, knowing that I was now simply the spirit that possessed me, given form by the boy I consumed. I resumed the battle against the black creature and burned it to cinders, sinking it back under the lake.

Last night I found a very interesting native American story about the legend of that lake. It involved a cataclysmic battle between two great spirits, Skell and Llao. Yes, you heard that last name correctly, LLAO (pronounced IAO), the name of one of the most powerful of Yaldabaoth's sons, the archon of kingship. As I read more about the legend, more gnostic references jumped out at me. In one telling of the story, there's even a wise spirit woman called "Forethought"! In most of the legends, Skell and Llao fought over the lake in contest over a young princess (possibly an emanation of Sophia). Another common theme is dismemberment and resurrection, as the two spirits had their bodies torn apart in the battle. Skell, the good spirit, was resurrected from his still-intact heart, which was stolen from Llao after he eviscerated Skell. Skell after being reborn, tore Llao's body to pieces and fed it to his minions to prevent him from coming back. Skell's head and his soul ended up being imprisoned in the lake.

My dreams are definitely ramping up and I'm feeling a lot of puzzle pieces fall into place for myself as I am reading. A lot of memories are bleeding through as well. I feel there is a reason we have all come to this site at this time and Solar the count of 10 between this thread and the other is now making more and more sense.

Almost. That's good way of putting it. Although it was as if while the previous soul left (or was consumed), the original spirit still remained and had merged with the new soul, giving it something it was previously lacking. It felt like a hollow soul was experiencing what it was like to have a spirit for the first time.

Solar Streams, I feel almost guilty for not ever having heard of a "sin eater", as part of my ancestry stems from that religion. This is probably the perfect concept to describe what I was feeling! Playing host to a repentant being who didn't consciously know that it was making a confession. It came to settle an ancient score with someone/something else and in the process, unknowingly found what it didn't know it was missing. There's definitely something about the connection to Iao that has been aggravating me for a while. The moment I first read that name in the gnostic codices, I felt rage welling up within me, as if I knew that name and despised it. It's oddly the same sort of irrational rage that comes over me when I meditate on the energy coming from the planet Neptune, although I'm not certain they are connected. The fact that I was instinctively drawn to the legend of Crater Lake and that the Klamath tribe referred to that spirit as Llao makes it all the more interesting.

If you're purifying it may stay with you? Silly comparison. In Matrix 4 some of the machines did help the humans. There does seem to be a choice. Some of them want to be at peace. Some refuse to "repent." There is an offer for those who want to continue here as friends to humans in their bodies can do so.


Can sense some are just holding, not doing the work. That may mean they want to ride out with them. Wanted to let them know they can let go of they want to stay.


Feel like the burning of the field saw back in December is how they're returned. May be sun related. It's acting up more than the "scientists" thought it would.


The name Azron jumped off the page for me. Feels legit. A higher level one.

Haven't looked at the names for awhile. Think it's in the Secret Book of John that has a long list of 365 or something.

I'm shaking my head. All this stuff has been coming for years. It's real. Hard to believe.
