Did Pres. Trump do anything to help stop the attacks on ethnic Russians in Donbas by Ukraine while he was in office?

I know they stopped the US money being used to support them. That's all I know for sure.

Trump was essentially powerless to stop what was happening in Ukraine. Remember they impeached him for simply DELAYING an arms shipment to Ukraine. Do you think he could have cancelled them? The President of the United States is only the second most powerful person in Washington, DC.

They are not even trying to hide it ...because they know that 90% of Americans can't even name the 9 members of the Supreme Court; so what chance will they ever have to understand this?

Those were CIA biolabs in Ukraine.

Apparently so because Russia didnt see tbd need to get involved at that time.

That makes sense....however.....wouldn't it be easier to build a new city just inside of Russian territory rather than mobilize an army to invade a neighboring country?
