I think that Putin is wise to take precautions from the nasty pathogens that have been devoloped at those bio-weapons-labs that it appears to me that Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates want to release on the world and scapegoat Russia for it. This one reporter from Fox news, last name Doocy, rightfully asked if the USA was planning on blaming everything on Russia for the next year.
