Hey OP
Do you believe there is any impact from fungal infection on insulin sensitivity?
 Quoting: rammsteinregeln

I'm not OP but yes there is because when you eat or take supplements the fungus gets fed before you do. It steals your nutrients. Look up CCWS...you can take it with fatty meals to avoid the fungus stealing your food and add grapefruit seed extract to any supplements.

OP,
regarding the genetic defects: I had gene testing done, was told I was "missing" certain genes, causing an inability to utilize some nutrients, specifically Vitamin A was mentioned. unfortunately the counselor did not elaborate further.
I did not receive the results of my DNA/Gene testing, but am going to request a copy.

As an infant I had to have goats milk, and have had lifetime rashes, diagnosed as psoriasis then excema. I also had repeated boils.
No one else in my family has/had any such problems, 2 sisters, 2 kids & the love of my life GrandSon.

Over the years I have had flare ups (major) ,, alternating with being asymptomatic.
this was many years ago. Several years ago flare ups became life altering, then somewhat eased. this was when I began my study of Candida supplements and diet.

FYI - I began NAC during one of my major flare ups that just (poof) stopped. I read some (disinformation) about NAC and stopped taking it, same with MSM.

Question: regarding my periods of respite, do you have any research on this fungus going dormant ? over a lifetime (70 years).
and,
can anything be done to correct or work on the genetic defects ? in addition to your protocol. ?

FYI - I am close to being asymptomatic. Not quite there yet.

Thank You for your research on this and your extreme patients.

Op here.

Great questions as usual. The gene testing results would be beneficial. I could have one of my colleagues who specializes in this connect the dots for you.

As far as the fungus going dormant, it usually responds to immune events. It is dimorphic, so it changes its form and begins filamentation when the opportunity arises. It may have appeared dormant when it remained in it's single celled planktonic form (yeast) but rarely becomes dormant unless under heavy attack. In that situation, it will remain dormant using the protection of biofilms.

As far as the genetic defects are concerned, we are working on that. Using a specific ionization technique on g-quadruplexes appears to be working. In plain English, this quad stacked DNA has some very special abilities in gene transcription that can be exploited.

Once you fully clear this out, adding the nad+ booster will certainly help. Long term chronic candida infection is connected with impaired mitochondrial activity.

The answers are coming. I can't say too much, but studies will be released and hit the peer review cycle in the coming months. It will certainly put a target on our back, so anonymity is important for now.

**************************

OP,
in regards to die off, and mitochondrial function, would Glutathione be beneficial ?
It is included in the IV Treatments I get. and I do have it in spray form for sublingual.

Thank You.

In response to the OPs concern about activated charcoal, I thought I should note that the same detox can be accomplished using coffee enemas and kidney detox herbs, which work very well. Aslo look up Dr. Gundry and follow a lectin free diet and it will rid you of inflammation. I understand why ops protocol is attractive...it has a high rate of compliance and is a good starting protocol. But I've tried many different protocols. The best is probably eartheracademy's with Dr. Robert cassar. And the truth is that getting your health on track is a full time job. For those who are willing to suffer in order to restore their health, I suggest checking out the site I just mentioned or finding me on mewe...I will help whoever I can. I'm also not dissing Ops protocol. I'm currently trying it right now. It doesn't cause a lot of die off so most will probably be able to stick to it but for me personally, once I saw worms in the toilet, I didn't give a damn what I had to suffer to kill them all asap. #francispetrucci ego slayer on MeWe

I wanted to provide another information dump on the danger of this fungus to our children, specifically the unborn.

I've described how deadly fungus is to our health and vitality, but now I'm going to explain how it kills our unborn children and what to consider if you are trying to have a child.

Specifically, the studies that are available never make the connection, which I am going to make here.

Candida species are responsible for recurrent miscarriages. Several studies show a connection to a large increase in Th17 immune cells, as well as the IL-17 cytokine pathway.

[link to www.sciencedirect.com (secure)]

[link to onlinelibrary.wiley.com (secure)]

What they are not connecting is the specific use of the IL-17 pathway in fighting Candida, and the pre existing studies showing that Candida triggers the Th17 immune response.

[link to www.sciencedirect.com (secure)]

And finally, the connection to dysbiosis in the birth canal in the majority of women with miscarriages, specifically with Candida.

[link to apcz.umk.pl (secure)]

And this is why I initially recommended women who become pregnant take NAC. It can prevent Candida from causing the miscarriage.

[link to www.sciencedirect.com (secure)]

It's a very somber topic. I will continue to provide connections in this thread on a regular basis, so that you can understand how serious this truly is. Take care.

Do you have any legitimate studies on this product's active components? The study listed on the product's sale page is a little suspect to say the least.

[link to rationalwiki.org (secure)]

In addition to this, they do not disclose the ingredients, and in their faq they admit they use a pesticide in the product?

Yea, these are all red flags at this point.

IV administered is effective. The sublingual may not be as effective as NAC (It's a precursor).

For mitochondrial function, NAD+ (Nicotinimide Riboside) is an effective method which is included in the maintenance protocol. I'll paste that section below.

Maintenance Protocol

Morning

600mg NAC
100-300mg NAD+ (Nicotinimide Riboside)
Black Seed Oil

Night

Black Seed Oil

For the first month of maintenance, supplement with resveratrol to boost NAD uptake.

I'm resposting the full protocol so that it is visible.

The NAC Protocol

Morning

1200mg NAC
300mg Oregano Oil (10:1 extract in gel cap)
Black Seed Oil (1000 to 4000mg)

Night

600mg NAC
300mg Oregano Oil
Black Seed Oil

Continue daily until die off symptoms subside for a minimum of 3 weeks. At this point you should be feeling much better. Now move to the maintenance protocol.

Maintenance Protocol

Morning

600mg NAC
100-300mg NAD+ (Nicotinimide Riboside)
Black Seed Oil

Night

Black Seed Oil

For the first month of maintenance, supplement with resveratrol to boost NAD uptake.

This complete Protocol will eliminate fungal and parasite colonies from the body, rebalance the gut biome, repair the gut lining, eliminate biofilms and bad bacteria, inhibit the further growth of those biofilms, reset cell repair function and mitochondrial function and restore health and vitality.

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus: This Is Pre Disclosure!
Op here with another info dump. The topic I want to address today is the link between brain disease and fungal infection.

The last info dump described the process whereby Candida can cause miscarriages and how to prevent them.

Let's start by looking at some data describing how this fungus can escape the gut and invade the brain, organs and other tissues.

[link to academic.oup.com (secure)]

Use of antibiotics allowed Candida to spread throughout the body, punch holes in the brain and major organs, and infect regular healthy tissue.

We've given Candida the spotlight lately (which it deserves) but let's also talk about Cryptococcus. It's generally known for serious meningitis, but it's also misdiagnosed as Alzheimer's. Reversal of Alzheimer's symptoms was accomplished with Antifungal treatment:

[link to content.iospress.com (secure)]

Here is the next of the big 3 threats we are targeting, Aspergillus. This study discusses lesions in the brain caused by Aspergillosis.

[link to www.ajnr.org]

And now we circle back to Candida to describe its ability to also infect the brain, causing meningitis, seizures and strokes.

[link to journals.lww.com (secure)]

What about Candida and Schizophrenia? Let's take a look:

[link to www.sciencedirect.com (secure)]

Many are not aware that neurons are not just in the brain. Remember how Candida, Aspergillus and Cryptococcus can infect the brain? Part of our circulatory process involves the regular recycling of cerebrospinal fluid. This means that a fungal infection of the brain can also infect the spinal fluid, causing various forms of sclerosis. See here:

[link to www.sciencedirect.com (secure)]

OK, so there is a link to Multiple Sclerosis. But what about ALS? Is there also a fungal connection? YES.

[link to link.springer.com (secure)]

Here is another link between fungal infection of the brain and sclerosis.

[link to www.sciencedirect.com (secure)]

Here is further evidence that it also infects the cerebrospinal fluid.

[link to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)]

Scientific research as late as 2021 starts to question if there is a connection between the mycobiome(fungus) and neurological disorders. I think it's pretty obvious, but that's why we do the work we do. Science is disjointed and not connecting the dots necessary to consider fungus a serious threat to our health.

Op here.

We stagger the NAD+ phase for a few reasons. During the first phase (The NAC Protocol) the intent is to reduce the colonies to a point where natural autophagy processes and the healing of diseased tissue caused by fungus begins. The mycotoxin influence on inflammation should be minimal at this point, and cell repair starts returning to normal. When you have passed the point of die off symptoms and are feeling better, this is the perfect time to introduce NAD+.

This Kickstarts the mitophagy process and boosts your mitochondrial energy. This undoes all of the major roadblocks that the fungus introduced. If you are starting the NAD+ now, stay with the oregano for a bit longer while adding the NAD to make sure you don't miss any latent battles due to releasing of biofilms. It seems you have a stubborn opponent and I want to make sure you fully defeat it.

Here is further evidence that it also infects the cerebrospinal fluid.

Scientific research as late as 2021 starts to question if there is a connection between the mycobiome(fungus) and neurological disorders. I think it's pretty obvious, but that's why we do the work we do. Science is disjointed and not connecting the dots necessary to consider fungus a serious threat to our health.

wow fantastic info, thanks, and gives opportunity to easy treatment of loads of stuff. My dad died of ALS and worked in the garden all the time, a lawn and very moist clay soil beds which even smell of fungus when I work it in springtime...

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus: This Is Pre Disclosure!
Op here.

I wanted to go a little more in depth on how this fungus invades shortly after conception, and how it gains access through genetic defects which are now common.

The body normally has a targeted response toward Candida. It has a mature, well developed system to quickly respond to invasion and uses specific cytokine pathways(IL-17 and IL-22) for Candida.

This is where the problem starts. A majority of the population have a series of genetic defects, one specific to the IL-17 pathway, called IL-17RC. This causes a direct failure in our standard immune response to Candida, since these cytokins directly regulate your immune cells.

The next issue is the STAT1 gene, which regulates this IL-17 pathway. It essentially turns it on or off, so a defect in this behavior allows Candida to remain in the body unchallenged.

Finally is the CARD9 gene. This dysfunction is very important, because it's primary purpose is to protect your mucous membranes from Candida infection.

To piece together this puzzle in an easier way, these genetic defects shut down our immune responses that are specific to Candida, then also shut down the gene that protects our mucous from infection.

This cascading disaster in immune response was caused by generations of direct exposure to Candida, the resulting DNA damage and the eventual gene mutations that became dominant genes and passed on.

But it gets worse. Those with these genetic defects were likely infected shortly after conception. Infection of the ectoderm, which later develops into your sensory organs and central nervous system, gives the fungus unfettered access to your brain and body. With a dysfunctional immune response, it remains for a lifetime.

This is why the protocol matters, and this is why your immune system is incapable of defeating it on it's own.

OP,
regarding the genetic defects: I had gene testing done, was told I was "missing" certain genes, causing an inability to utilize some nutrients, specifically Vitamin A was mentioned. unfortunately the counselor did not elaborate further.

Hi OP.

I want to describe my experience with the protocol. I started the protocol around March 25. I didn't feel any different except experiencing minor flu-like symptoms that could be attributed to allergy season, and a bit of an increase in stomach pressure/gas, which I attribute to the oregano oil.

Last Thursday (April 28) I woke up and felt different. I felt alert and full of energy. I felt fantastic. In the last couple of years, I have rarely woken up like this. I thought this was a one time time thing and thought nothing of it.

However, it is now Sunday, May 1 and I have continued to wake up alert and refreshed. This is amazing because I've been under more stress/pressure the last couple of days.

I plan to start the maintenance phase in one week. I bought the xlear nasal spray that was being talked about on the thread and it seems to be doing a good job of clearing the nostrils. I was surprised at how much it burned that first time. LOL

I want to thank you for sharing the protocol, OP.

Random notes:
1. I am in my mid-twenties.
2. I accidentally bought a huge bottle of L-Cysteine on Amazon and decided to use it in place of NAC in the evening. Didn't realize Amazon banned all NAC products last summer.
3. I use the black seed oil capsules from Nutra champs.

I purchased NAC from PureBulk.''

I prefer bulk whenever available, as there are components in the capsules that I prefer not to consume.

and it is much more cost effective, you can stock up on at least a years supply.

My dreams are different too. I've always had a vivid dream life, sometimes lucid as well but I can't quite just put my finger on why and how they're different now. They seem more meaningful, often more symbolic...more present..?

Surely the protocol makes me wake up more clear, bright and energized, even after only 6 hours as last night I wake up good as I've not experienced for a long time.

Yes, absolutely. Like I've mentioned previously it can invade the Central Nervous System and can effect nerves throughout the body. Still having herx symptoms and now nerve pain means that it escaped the gut and you have more to clear out. Hang in there, when you get to the other side you'll feel much better.
