I’ve been on the protocol for well over a month. Mental clarity and memory have slightly increased. My mind seems a little more “settled”. I’ve had many of the die off symptoms come and go except for the dreaming. No change there. I wonder why?

i keep trying to post about resistant starch but it keeps deleting my posts with sources. high dose potato starch (unmodified) feeds the healthy bacteria in the gut. I would post my sources but it auto-deletes my posts.

It would behoove me to quit smoking because of the heavy metals which the fungus enjoys. A nicotine patch doesn't seem to cut the cravings. Since nicotine and niacin are analogs I was going to try niacin as that would obviously occupy the same receptors. However, niacin is not to be taken until the maintenance part of the protocol. Would a lower dose of niacin be OK?

Also I haven't seen any mention of cloves as yet. When cleaning molds in the home, clove solution is the only thing that kills the spores. I boil cloves to make the solution and spray/wipe - it's fabulous. Do you think cloves would be a beneficial addition to an antifungal diet since it is so deadly to fungal spores and therefore maybe also biofilms?

More on the oregano/NAC again... Although the maintenance protocol gives great energy... When having my week off, and in the cleanse protocol, I noticed die-off symptoms again, especially sore mouth corners. And weirdest...it has reached my scrotum...my balls are sore. No, I haven't jerked too much, most remarkable is porn doesn't get me off less than ever and that has been a real addiction, plus the selfstrengthening dopamine-rush of the organism...but I totally don't feel like it, sore balls and all. So weird. Started left (weak spot) and right has chimed in this afternoon after a Niacin rush. So abstinence and just going through...going on my bike's saddle ain't nice now... Lol

Chlorine dioxide is a terrible solution for systemic fungus. First, it causes a massive inflammatory response, which would be bad if you had gastrointestinal issues like Colitis. Second, it doesn't work systemically and only works in the blood for an hour. This is why clo2 gurus push you to take it constantly. They also push you to dramatically increase your intake to dangerous levels. Here are a few examples.

Yeah, I was nearly going to pay the $20 to post there without captchas, but after a while it got super easy to post/grok the captchas and actually is fun. Hey I found this thread through 4chan... Strange because I only started using 4chan in recent years, after I experienced some paranormal/crazy things in my life and embarked on a journey to improve myself and become wiser.

I found out about the zeolite/coffee cleanse before this and the package has already arrived a couple days ago.
I also had NAC arrive at a similar time because other protocols unrelated to fungi recommended it.

I've been doing the protocol NAC only (others are coming in about a week), but was wondering if I should be doing the Zeolite/coffee cleanse first? (and water fast for about three days).

I haven't been doing it because I didn't really want to go without food, but I need to get a full-time job real soon and probably won't be able to find as much time to do it as I have right now.

Also do you think I can drink bentonite clay with the protocol?

To avoid future confusion, a new thread will be launched that we can moderate and the chan discussion will be still running but directing people to the new thread.

The same antagonist on this thread followed us to the other channel and has been flooding daily threads with spam and attempts to turn people away. The only solution is to move to a thread we can moderate so this shill or crazy person (whatever they are) can't continue to poison the well, impersonate other people, give consistently bad advice and argue over everything.
