Not true. Use infrared spot lamps fixed inside of a Sauna

I used a six-250w infrared heat lamp spot lights. Inside of a sauna. I heat the sauna to 130deg. I stay in for 20 minutes. My body temp goes to 100degrees. The infrared penetrates into the body 3", which is 2" further than the Sun.

The infrared burns the fungus, mold, plague, cancer, viruses, and the heat kills them.

I did once go in at 150 degree with the bulbs. I went in maybe 10 times, but I feared I was roasting my jewels so I backed it down to 130deg. I protect my jewels by covering them with my hands.

It takes some time, maybe a year if your in your 30s, or two years if in 4-s 50s, but you eventually come clean. Over 60 is difficult, just need to pace yourself. Hard part is keeping the toxins out once cleansed....
