I've posted both the natural and prescription protocol in this thread. Towards the end of the first month to two months, you should have spent enough time nuking the fungal colonies and restarting autophagy to start improving cell repair.

Once you start feeling especially good, you've reached maintenance phase. This is when you begin the mitophagy process with the Nad and Nac combo I posted earlier under the natural protocol. This will reset your mitochondria as well, turning on your body's natural ability to fight it off, most likely for the first time for many of you.

There are studies showing no reinfection occurring after this stage. We recommend you stay on nac and nad long term with breaks every month or so to keep your cell processes working correctly.
