How to fix it?  Going carb free and maintaining a protein rich diet will kill off Fungus Candida. It cannot survive in this environment. Fasting 7 days with water only will kill off all fungus. Your welcome. That's interesting. Since going sober I haven't really eaten much. I've probably only eaten in the last week, what your average person eats in a day. Maybe the severe pain is caused by it being starved? I don't know if my body can handle a week of fasting. Alcoholics don't eat well and I'm sure my nutrition levels are horrible across the board. Fasting only works in short bursts. Anything longer and the fungus will move into hibernation phase, retreating to biofilms.
