WOuld it be enough to help regularize body, as cascading enzyme, is told to help against things like candidas ?

At last now i have a slower digestive tract, and my belly is not swollen as before.

And now i can walk for hours without been tired, and when i'm about one mile of my house or less, i don't feel it difficult like when i was a kid to walk back to house.

Anyway, i'm sure people that practice tai chi chùan or other type of exercise, may have better health overall, with or without fungus, contrary to people with eqsuilibrium defficiency in Yin or Yang ?
