No. No it doesn't.
Fluconazole is a long term management system for keeping it out of the body. The amount of fluconazole that actually reaches the brain versus other organs is relatively low. This usually means that it takes 3-6 months of dosing to get effects. Actually getting rid of it requires an IV and the appropriate dosage.
