Black seed oil dosage depends on how you take it. If you take the capsules you want around 1500mg. If you have the oil in a bottle (preferred method) just take a swig, swish with it then swallow.
NAD+ dosage varies because people react differently depending on the dose. I recommend the 100mg, then scale up over a week period and see how it effects you.

I am accustomed to detailed regimens. The detail on dosage was in short supply from the start and the 'take a swig' we have absolutely no idea what that means. I actually find his information EXTREMELY helpful and I am planning on doing the full protocol, but the not knowing of somewhere between a 1/4oz and 2oz of the oil is disconcerting. What is a 'swig'? I take a 2 oz shot of whiskey as a 'swig'. I get the feeling that 2oz of the oil might burn the hell out of my gut. Start small with a 1/2 t. See how that is.
