Like most things, we base everything off of a 150lb. person. The people who have been on the protocol vary in size, but the protocol has been well accepted. The exception is when the die off is very strong, which is a good time to reduce the Oregano Oil to half dose. Most people don't have issues with NAC or Black Seed Oil, but listen to your body.

You want to experience die off symptoms, so make sure your intake is prompting that. Things to look for would be chest congestion, increased mucous production, low energy or exhaustion, muscle soreness, cold sores, cold like symptoms, change in bowel frequency, volume or color.

If you are experiencing heavier die off symptoms, simply reduce dosage as mentioned above until it improves, then increase to the standard dosage.

Remember that this fungus has been with you for a lifetime and it's never given you a break. You shouldn't either.
