OP maybe you missed my 3 questions below so I will re-post:



1) The black seed oil I have some, but I also have a ton of real black seed in those little seeds. Can I use that, if so how much 2 x per day? Do we saute them 1st to lessen the taste?

2) You mentioned to take a "break" from the maintenance phase, can you be more specific how long the break is and when to take it?

3) Should the black seed and the oil of oregano , NAC be taken separately from other supplements and meds and with or without food?

I just began the protocol yesterday btw.
