OP how many days until you start noticing anything, could it be that I don't have the/any fungus?


so far I have been on the protocol for five days and I feel neither worse nor better than before,
except for the annoying oregano taste / breath

not sure if it matters but I haven't had any alcohol in 10 years and overall live a very healthy lifestyle
i.e. workout, never eat out or fast food (fast until I get a chance at a home prepared meal) etc.
