Started the protocol yesterday. Crazy what comes from the sinuses with the xlear rescue nasal spray... Lungs giving up more than usual... Just now on rowing machine sweating way more than usual... Bit muscle pain on weird spots... An unfamiliar positive energy throughout... Interesting. Black seed oil tastes fine, no stomach issues, fennel/tea tree toothpaste (Kingfisher) with fennel oil tastes yummy!

Thank You OP. and R...  Op here. That is wonderful news! I've always been a fan of xlear, it works very well. Thanks for the update. All X-Clear nasal sprays have Xylitol. This ingredient X-clear has done studies showing it kills covis virus in the nasal passages. It also is available in mints on Amazon. X-clear has a current lawsuit with the CDC because guess what? The CDC is trying to shut X-clear down for their claims. But any nasal spray AFAIK must have saline in it which naturally kills virus in the nose. Gargle with warm salt water or listerine kills it in the mouth = win Hope this helps. Mother Angelica here as they did you know what to me and I cannot log in, absolutely ridiculous!
