Is lucid dreaming by chance something anyone else has experienced? I have lucid dreamed twice in the past, both times required a significant amount of dream work. Lots of waking in the night to document dreams, lots of programming to condition myself to constantly question if I am dreaming or not.

Three days into this routine and I lucid dreamed out of the blue without doing any of the normal lucid dreaming exercises.

So far so good op. Lots of bowel movements a little congestion a headache here and there.
