I'll respond to this because it has been mentioned by many on the protocol. Not sure what lucid dreaming is, but I can relate an experience that seems to be common at this point.

Dreams become more vivid, but the content becomes quite different. I can relate a personal experience that I had shortly after starting the protocol.

I had a dream that seemed so lifelike I couldn't believe it. But the interesting part is it was third person. I could see myself from a perspective behind my body, but it was someone else yet it was me. It's hard to explain.

I only have theories as to why. I think releasing some of the grasp on the brain has a big part in this. My colleague calls it knocking off the dust. Perhaps killing off the interconnected fungus in the brain opens up more possibilities in the way we process or experience things. This part of the journey is new territory, so we are learning as more reports come in.
