Op's advice is appealing bc all it amounts to is "pop this pill and you'll be fine". No, you won't. It took me AND my wife AND my mother (who only weighs 110) six months to stop seeing handfuls of worms and candida in the toilet. And that was from multiple extended fasts WHILE taking turpentine, black walnut, oregano and every parasite protocol you can imagine. Op is extremely full of shit. You need to be fasting, doing enemas and changing your entire lifestyle and THE TRUTH is that it takes up to two years to rid yourself of all the heavy metals, parasites, plastics, mold,, fungus and other pathogens.
