No single pill is going to fix you....not even oil of oregano lol...so one thing to do to transition is to start detoxing your kidneys by adding one or two drops or organic lemon or orange essential oil to your drinks. Redbull or other carbonated drinks should be eliminated ultimately, but until then, switch to the sugar free version and add the essential oil.
