Baking soda for acid reflux...I take my NAC by breaking open the capsule and mixing it with

20 oz water
1 tsp white willow bark
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 drops of DMSO
6 drops fulvic acid
6 drops Lugol's iodine
1/2 tsp vit C
1/2 tsp camu camu powder
1/4 tsp of cayenne
A few drops of stevia
1/8 tsp borax
1/8 tsp Edta
2 droppers ionic magnesium

I only take that drink during my fasting window and may have 2 or 3 a day. If it makes you jittery add passionflower or skullcap
