In response to the OPs concern about activated charcoal, I thought I should note that the same detox can be accomplished using coffee enemas and kidney detox herbs, which work very well. Aslo look up Dr. Gundry and follow a lectin free diet and it will rid you of inflammation. I understand why ops protocol is attractive...it has a high rate of compliance and is a good starting protocol. But I've tried many different protocols. The best is probably eartheracademy's with Dr. Robert cassar. And the truth is that getting your health on track is a full time job. For those who are willing to suffer in order to restore their health, I suggest checking out the site I just mentioned or finding me on mewe...I will help whoever I can. I'm also not dissing Ops protocol. I'm currently trying it right now.
