Hi OP.

I want to describe my experience with the protocol. I started the protocol around March 25. I didn't feel any different except experiencing minor flu-like symptoms that could be attributed to allergy season, and a bit of an increase in stomach pressure/gas, which I attribute to the oregano oil.

Last Thursday (April 28) I woke up and felt different. I felt alert and full of energy. I felt fantastic. In the last couple of years, I have rarely woken up like this. I thought this was a one time time thing and thought nothing of it.

However, it is now Sunday, May 1 and I have continued to wake up alert and refreshed. This is amazing because I've been under more stress/pressure the last couple of days.

I plan to start the maintenance phase in one week. I bought the xlear nasal spray that was being talked about on the thread and it seems to be doing a good job of clearing the nostrils. I was surprised at how much it burned that first time. LOL

Random notes:
1. I am in my mid-twenties.
2. I accidentally bought a huge bottle of L-Cysteine on Amazon and decided to use it in place of NAC in the evening. Didn't realize Amazon banned all NAC products last summer.
3. I use the black seed oil capsules from Nutra champs.
