You don't say it specifically but it seems pterostilbene might be the better option? Or is the (trans)resveratrol's effect unique and/or better?
Quoting: R... Op here. I'd opt for the first option. The ratio is better. We are seeing a synergistic effect that is slaughtering the fungus with NAD+, Resveratrol and NAC. The black seed oil has an additive effect. So when you start maintenance, add nad, resveratrol and one thing at a time. The fungus is not happy. Take it step by step.
