OP, I do regular 24-36 hour real fasts where I don't eat anything not even salt and sugar but drink bottled water

wouldn't that kill the fungus or would your protocol still make a difference?

Op here.

Intermittent fasting is most effective. That means skipping a meal or two. Extended fasts have the opposite effect. The fungus will simply go dormant and wait for conditions to change, then begin replicating again.

The protocol will absolutely make a difference. Time on the protocol depends on how badly it has invaded your body, whether it is already throughout the cns, brain and spinal fluid, and whether your gut biome is balanced correctly. Give it a few months.

Op here.

Just a short update for those interested. Redheaded people are particularly effected by fungal invasion. We have made some breakthroughs recently and believe there is a historical context involved. More information will be released on this topic in the future as we document everything we've found.

We've also identified something major with how this fungus evades our defenses. It uses a specific technique to deactivate normal DNA transcription, specifically to its benefit. We will be explaining this soon.

For now, be wary of high dose resveratrol in combination with NAD+ until you have properly cleaned out enough. This combination when stacked with oregano and NAC has caused massive breakthroughs in die off for some people. I'm talking double digit weight loss in a matter of days. So keep the resveratrol dose as low as possible and stop resveratrol if you are experiencing nausea. This is the indicator that you are going through a massive wave of die off.

We will dump more information here soon.

Op again.

We believe we've found a way to get the body to decimate this fungal invasion. We are working out the details now, but what we believed was a future therapy involving g-quadruplex DNA and ionization can be triggered differently and used to overcome the genetic malfunctions that has prevented our immune system from simply wiping it out and keeping it out. The initial protocol will remain the same and is essential, but we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now for the maintenance phase. We will be dropping all of this here for the benefit of all. Stay tuned.

I'm wondering how you guys are gonna keep the big pharmacy off your back....

All very interesting, looking forward to the new info.

For NAD+, I'm looking at 250mg capsules with 25mg pterostilbene. Would that be considered safe content? I chose it over a variant with 210mg NAD and 70mg transresveratrol for reported better uptake by the body of pterostilbene.

Op here.

Either option will work. Just be mindful of what you stack with the nad+. The resveratrol binds with NAD and super charges a specific adaptive immune response, so listen to your body closely. If you are not experiencing nausea then add in the black seed oil and monitor closely. Guanine boosting foods like string beans and cauliflower are a good idea. Putting another strong antifungal on top of that could have you hugging the toilet bowl.

We've been seeing massive sudden die off in people that thought they were almost cleared out. We're putting together more information on the mechanism of action here and will provide an update shortly.

You don't say it specifically but it seems pterostilbene might be the better option? Or is the (trans)resveratrol's effect unique and/or better?

Op here.

I'd opt for the first option. The ratio is better. We are seeing a synergistic effect that is slaughtering the fungus with NAD+, Resveratrol and NAC. The black seed oil has an additive effect. So when you start maintenance, add nad, resveratrol and one thing at a time. The fungus is not happy. Take it step by step.

OP, I'm not on the protocol yet but I have a question.

What is the relationship between fungus and water?

I have been off sugary drinks for a while now drinking only water and I tried soda again and it tasted rancid ... but I still don't like the taste of water ...

Could it be the fungus makes the water taste bad?

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus: This Is Pre Disclosure!
Here's an update on recent findings regarding NAD+, resveratrol and NAC.

We knew the basic mechanics of how this was working, which is why the maintenance protocol doesn't contain oregano. We are now looking at updating the maintenance protocol to include resveratrol instead of an optional step. Here's why.

Resveratrol triggers SIRT1, which in turn triggers an adaptive immune response. This immune response includes production and enhancement of Th17 immune cells utilizing the IL-17 pathway. If you remember the original post, IL-17 dysfunction allows the fungus to survive in the body.

Resveratrol activates this needed pathway, and in combination with NAD+ it has everything it needs to activate the Th17 helper cells and they begin decimating the fungus residing in your mucous, including the interstitial. NAC is also partly responsible for this massive reaction as it boosts guanine levels which in combination with SIRT1 activation and IL-17 will go after the fungus directly in the mucous.

This process also activates master template gene transcription, and can fix many gene errors.

The NAC Protocol is absolutely essential before this process takes place. It allows the body to stop the inflammation loop from constant mycotoxin production, allows cell repair and tissue repair to return to normal, and sets the stage to turn on your immune response and target the fungus directly.

Resveratrol is a unique activator of SIRT1, as it has an anti inflammatory reaction. The other benefits of this final maintenance protocol are massively increased metabolism (weight loss), anti aging effects and DNA transcription repair. Using Resveratrol in combination with the maintenance protocol should be cycled. Run it for 3 to 4 weeks, then take a week off while continuing with black seed oil to inhibit biofilms and continually boost t cell counts.

I tried to simplify this as much as possible. It is a complex subject as human sirtuins (SIRT1) are still a new area of research and we've learned their power only recently.

One more note on the maintenance protocol in combination with resveratrol. If you have any type of autoimmune disorder or have insulin issues, consult with your doctor first before proceeding. Activation of SIRT1 by Resveratrol can cause insulin sensitivity, and also will trigger increased immune response.

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus: This Is Pre Disclosure!
OP,
Thanks for the information and being available for questions.

You have mentioned several times the weight loss associated with the protocol. Assuming this is loss of 'excess' weight or body fat.

1) What is the correlation between eliminating the fungus/fungi, and this loss of excess weight? In other words, what is it about the fungal infection that causes the weight gain?

2) Are you aware of the research indicating fungus in hair loss e.g. male pattern baldness? Check out [link to patents.google.com (secure)]

"It has surprisingly been determined that a fungus is responsible for virtually all cases of hair loss. This fungus resides at the dermal/epidermal junction and is clearly apparent with Wood's lamp (UV) radiation. Cultures of the scalp reveal that this fungus is a trichophyton species with a variation that is sex determined. The type of fungus that lives on the male scalp is genetically different from the type of fungus that lives on the female scalp. While not wanting to be bound by this theory, it is believed that this fungus is the primary factor for hair loss. Equally surprising is the discovery that this fungus is spread by an ecto-parasite. This parasitical organism has been isolated, analyzed under the microscope and found to be of the species demodicidea. To date, this parasitical organism has been found in all test subjects who are experiencing hair loss."

What is your opinion on this. It is very observable with men who are experiencing severe hairloss in other words (completely bald on top), usually they have quite a pronounced gut or at least a 'paunch' they can't get rid of. Some sort of cortisol thing going on for sure. Thought the correlation between the weight gain (that you have mentioned dissipates when one rids the body of the fungal infection) and fungus and hairloss is perhaps more than coincidental.

Op here. Let me explain the weight gain and weight loss cycle. As usual, fungus is responsible. It's a complex process involving insulin in the body. Science has figured out that diabetics with Candida have higher blood glucose levels. This also applies to pre-diabetics and can eventually cause the onset of diabetes. Candida does this by secreting an enzyme that destroys glucose receptor sites and thus dramatically increases glucose levels. This benefits Candida, of course.

Now you have excess glucose being stored as fat. The flip side is the result of using the protocol. Clearing out the fungus stops insulin dysregulation and cells can properly utilize the glucose. Energy increases as a result. This is one aspect of weight loss by correcting metabolism. We have a theory that much of the excess slime built up by candida under the skin (interstitial) is processed and expelled by the body. This could explain why people have reported their under chin area and other specific areas thinning out very quickly.

We've known about the fungal connection to hair loss. The protocol has reactivated follicles and started new hair growth for a number of people.

It's fairly disturbing, but if you pick any major disease and dig deep, there is always a connection to fungus.

It can be mixed with water (it's water soluble) but having it sitting in water all day will break it down. This is why moisture in the supplement forms are bad, because it will break down into a simpler form of cysteine. The best way to take the dose is all at once, either in bulk powder or capsule form.

An important update for any women who are not seeing quick benefit on the nac protocol.

Due to difference in body chemistry, some women will not react as positively on the nac protocol. The solution is changing the way the glutathione is processed. LE makes a product specifically for this called Glutathione, Cysteine & C. We're seeing this work as intended for women who are having lackluster results with normal nac. The rest of the protocol stays the same.

Hi OP,

Thanks for the great info in this thread. Have a couple of questions...

1. in regard to the above, is the GCC same as the NAC if replacing (ie 1200mg morn, 600mg night)? If not, what is?

2. If you’re internally over run (crossed gut barrier), could you start seeing more external fungal infections while on the protocol? (Fungus dying and trying to escape??)

3. Could the protocol act differently in peri/menopausal women? (Such as rise in blood pressure, fatigue...)

Thanks in advance

Op here.

For the l-cysteine supplement, which we recommend for women who either react to nac or don't see any benefit, the dosage would be 2 caps morning 1 cap night. Everything else would remain the same.

As far as seeing more fungal infections as die off occurs, it's not uncommon to see symptoms. Usually this is localized pain or soreness where a colony is dying off, which causes a short round of inflammation in that area. We've heard some pretty varied feedback, including rashes, nerve pain, etc.

As far as menopausal, there is an effect on the hormones, but for women it has a balancing effect. You may see benefit with hot flashes, general mood and wellbeing. You will likely see lower blood pressure on the protocol, so keep that in mind. If you are on medications to control that, please consult with your doctor first. We've seen this reverse hypertension in short time, which is pretty amazing but also a reason to be cautious if on medications.

We've got something interesting. The protocol appears to activate human sirtuins 1,3,4 and 7, and may be coaxing the g-quad DNA modification process. Even more interesting is that these modifications or updates are quantum in nature, meaning outside influence.

Normally what would be a rare event is happening in normal, healthy cells. Apparently removing the grip of this fungus is an important step. More information will be dumped as we figure out the mechanism of action.

You need to be on an antifungal protocol that also addresses biofilms, which protect them from various ways of removing them.

There are two directions to go in. The prescription method, or the natural method. Which one would you like to know?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80904079

Both. We have both kinds of people here on GLP.

What you are saying makes sense.
 Quoting: Crypto-Tard

The prescription route depends on sex. Men should be taking a few months of fluconazole combined with a cox inhibitor like ibuprofen to activate autophagy. Fluco works well to clear the fungus from the brain, prostate and deep tissue areas if you add light exercise daily.

Women should be on itraconazole for at least a few months, adding the ibuprofen after the first few weeks.

There are fluco resistant strains, so if you find it's not doing anything you will have to switch gears to the natural protocol. If the fluco is working fine (or itraconazole) after that initial few months you'll be switching to the natural protocol anyways.

You want to stimulate the autophagy process and try to avoid any breads and lower your sugar consumption.

Once you start feeling like a new person, you are not done yet. There is more.
