Here is the natural protocol. I've already had two ip bans, so please take note I'm running out of options.

1200 MG NAC
300 MG Oregano Oil (10:1 extract in gelcap)
Black seed oil

At night it is the same but reduce NAC to 600mg.

If you didn't go the prescription route, follow this protocol until you feel absolutely fantastic. This will be different for everybody. Then you move to the maintenance phase, which will need to be permanent with breaks every couple months:

600 MG NAC
100-300 MG NAD+ (NICOTINAMIDE RIBOSIDE)

The maintenance phase will put you into a process called mitophagy, and your body will have the ability to start fighting it off naturally again. You will be resetting both cell repair and mitochondrial function.

NAD+ will put your mitochondria into division (aka fission) which will cause mitophagy via a "quality control" process. You don't want this to be a permanent state, divided mitos are not efficient. You should cycle this with fusion by eating saturated fat that is high in stearic acid, like fatty beef. [Also nicotinamide + D-ribose is much cheaper and probably works better than NAD+.

Thanks for answering my previous questions op

In regards to what the poster stated above - is this true? Could we substitute nicotinamide (or even nicotinic acid?) and d-ribose for the NAC+ or no?

Thanks in advance

Op here.

Nicotinamide Riboside is the best option and works well with resveratrol. The original comment was correct, it does cause division as part of the cleanup process, but with reduced fusion in combination with boosted nad levels.

We are in the process of updating the maintenance protocol to include NAC, NAD+, Resveratrol and Black Seed Oil. It looks like if you have the genetic defects (familial candidiasis) you will be in for a final fight when starting the last protocol as the mucosa gets cleared. If you don't have these genetic defects, the transition to maintenance should be pretty minimal as far as die off symptoms go.
