Update,
I feel I finally got most of it out of me
Took months, the cramps suck..still.
Lost about 20 lbs, I feel almost empty for once.
I feel better lots more energy. Took a real B M for the first time in over a years.

Any change in dreams, and where did you notice thinning out after the weight loss? Thanks again. Not really noticed dreams. Starting to get sleep though, not up all night trying to go potty. It was all in my guts. My pants sizes dropped from 36 to 32. BTW hot green tea or coffee seems to encourage movement with this stuff.
