Yes, I admit I am to lazy to make the effort to shop for the individual items and consume per OP's recommendations if I could zero in on it in this thread. I have skimmed thru the thread looking for the protocol "recipe" and the maintenance "recipe" but I must have overlooked it. Now the thread has grown bigger than I care to search through.
