Could you humour me once more?
The oregano I have now only says 181 mg w/ 55% carvacrol
How many should I take? I took extra 6caps x 2 yesterday and had a good bm and only some quesiness.
I've been diligent for 6 weeks but don't think I was taking enough oregano.
