I'm posting the updated protocol below, with a few notes. Now that we know what Resveratrol, NAC and NAD do in combination, it's a permanent part of the protocol. To recap, this combination is the solution to getting around gene defects in the IL-17RC and STAT1 for people with familial candidiasis. Below is the link explaining the defect, which we referred to in the original post.

The maintenance phase will reactivate pathogenic response in the mucosa. We reduced NAD+ or NR to 100mg because of the increased uptake with Resveratrol included. This also makes it more economical at the 100mg dose.
If you have familial candidiasis, you are much more likely to have a nausea reaction initially with the maintenance protocol. This reaction subsides within 1 to 2 days depending on how deeply rooted the fungus is in the CNS and interstitial.

The NAC Protocol
Morning
1200mg NAC
300mg Oregano Oil (10:1 extract in gel cap)
Black Seed Oil (up to 4000mg or 1 teaspoon)
Night
600mg NAC
300mg Oregano Oil
Black Seed Oil
Continue daily for a minimum of two months then count out 3 weeks with no die off symptoms prior to moving to the next step.
Maintenance Protocol
Morning
600mg NAC
100mg NAD+ (Nicotinamide Riboside)
400-500mg Resveratrol
(Or 200mg transresveratrol content)
Black Seed Oil (up to 4000mg or 1 teaspoon)
Night
Black Seed Oil

After every 3 weeks on the maintenance protocol, take 1 week off. Continue to use black seed oil during the off cycle.
