Update
I was doing so well. Moved into upkeep. Lost so much weight and felt so much better..
Then I broke the diet OP. Family Mexican dinner, bark beer... margaritas.
This is currently working well for a clean out:
Take 1 lb Asparagus (smaller rounds taste better) cut base off, score stalks do not strip,, for this recipie its about the fibre
Salt pepper butter garlic
I have starting to add fresh oregano to a lot of foods because of this thread
Optional( 1/4) lb blanched and drained bacon
Wrap in tinfoil bbq or bake for about an hour depending on....your preference of done.
Open, toss in a little sea salt
Eat it all
12 to 16 hours later...
