Great thread! I've been suffering from dandruff which progressed to seb derm, various stomach issues, depression, fatigue, and so on. I tried many parasite cleanses and whatnot and they did get out some strange stuff but it would always come back. Reading lately about the parasites and noticing seb derm flare ups around full moons, it was interesting to come across Candida again, which was my initial personal diagnosis 10+ years ago. When I ate healthy it did seem to stop but it would come back even stronger, so there must be merit to it going dormant and even changing forms. No matter what I eat it's as if my body does not absorb it properly. Working out and going in the sun did help, but the mental fatigue is still there. Will be trying out the protocol with the wife and see how it goes.

Here's the info summed up below.
--------------------------------------------

*********The Daily NAC Protocol************

(2 month minimum + 3 weeks no die off before moving to maintence.)

--------------Morning--------------------
1200mg NAC (2 Capsules Glutathione, Cysteine & C for women)
3000-4000mg Oregano Oil (10:1 extract in gel cap)
Black Seed Oil (up to 4000mg or 1 teaspoon)
Brush teeth with nonflouride toothpaste + 2 Drops Fennel Seed Essential Oil
Xlear(Xylitol) or hypoclorous nasal inhaler

--------------Night----------------------
600mg NAC (1 Capsule Glutathione, Cysteine & C for women)
3000-4000mg Oregano Oil (10:1 extract in gel cap)
Black Seed Oil (up to 4000mg or 1 teaspoon)
Brush teeth with nonflouride toothpaste + 2 Drops Fennel Seed Essential Oil
Xlear(Xylitol) or hypoclorous nasal inhaler
Recommended: Tumeric and Ginger (This will help your Neuropathy, and also serves as a thermogenic like pepper)
-----------------------------------------

********Maintenance Protocol**********

-------------Morning-----------------------
600mg NAC (1 Capsule Glutathione, Cysteine & C for women)
100mg NAD+ (Nicotinamide Riboside)
400-500mg Resveratrol
(Or 200mg transresveratrol content)
Black Seed Oil (up to 4000mg or 1 teaspoon)
Brush teeth with nonflouride toothpaste + 2 Drops Fennel Seed Essential Oil
Xlear(Xylitol) or hypoclorous nasal inhaler

-------------Night--------------------------
Black Seed Oil (up to 4000mg or 1 teaspoon)
Brush teeth with nonflouride toothpaste + 2 Drops Fennel Seed Essential Oil
Xlear(Xylitol) or hypoclorous nasal inhaler
Recommended: Tumeric and Ginger (This will help your Neuropathy, and also serves as a thermogenic like pepper)
--------------------------------------------

After every 3 weeks on the maintenance protocol, take 1 week off. Continue to use black seed oil during the off cycle.

The maintenance phase will put you into a process called mitophagy, and your body will have the ability to start fighting it off naturally again. You will be resetting both cell repair and mitochondrial function. This combination is the solution to getting around gene defects in the IL-17RC and STAT1 for people with familial candidiasis.

Not trying to steer the conversation away but had a question regarding the toothpaste and if Nano-hydroxyapatite would be okay to use. No fluoride and it supposedly remineralizes your teeth. ( [link to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)] Do you recommend Xylitol mouthwash? Thanks for the great info! Will be checking in!

Op here. That toothpaste will be fine. The real worker here is the fennel seed essential oil. I'm glad to hear this may benefit you.

I just want to clarify the oregano oil dose is 300mg, which is the equivalent to 3000mg since it is a 10:1 extract. This is important because it is a lot less oil.

If you are interested in repairing the teeth, consider near infrared red light therapy.
