The resveratrol effect with herx reactions is interesting. It seems to last only a few days, so we have a handful of people trying a high dose (1600mg) combined with nicotinic acid (500mg). I don't recommend this for everyone, they were just willing to test this and we'll update when we have some results over the next month or two.

We've also noticed that resveratrol increases oregano oil's antifungal properties synergistically. There are a few studies also supporting this. People with particularly bad fungal infections (nerve pain, joint pain, migraines) may want to continue oregano oil when they move to maintenance for additional clearing of the CNS. It not only boosts the strength of oregano oil, but active time as a fungicidal.
